At the end of May, I took a trip out to Cali to lock in a job teaching surfing in Santa Monica. I had some time to kill so my friend Jordan and I went camping in Yosemite, hit up Mammoth for closing weekend and surfed the shores of Malibu. It was a pretty epic week and I rarely ever use that word so you know I mean it when I do.

I was mostly surprised and impressed with Mammoth. Hands down one of the greatest little towns in the US. Huge mountain, decent restaurants, awesome skate park, and plenty of camping. The only thing I felt we missed out on were the hot springs which are apparently pretty abundant. Next time.
